I have some doubts about the statistics of the app.
Is it daily sleep pattern the sleep pattern of 24h of each day from 00.00 to 23.59 or it is calculated by "day sunlight" hours?
And the nightly sleep pattern is it calculated by hours or by data of sleep and not naps?
I searched this on the help but I didn't see how it works.
